Mulch Film Benefits and Uses: Mulching is a horticultural technique consisting of covering the ground with a blackout element such as gravel, slate or bark, which allows:
* avoid evaporation of the irrigation water (it is kept in the ground).
* limit the emergence of any weed seeds.
* prevent the soil from becoming too wet after heavy rains, which may cause root rot, tamping and / or soil beating.
